is there such a thing in women? And if so, can they move and cause you to feel like it is blocking you airway?

everyone has floating ribs. the term is used to describe the bottom couple of ribs which, unlike the others, are not attached to the breast bone. your airway, (assuming you mean your windpipe?) isn't really anywhere near your floating ribs. if you feel as though your airway is being blocked you need to seek medical help.
