Hi, for many years, my teeth has had white stains on it..My dentist told me it was from swallowing too much floride..Just recently ive bought this new whitening toothpaste (usually I would just buy the original)..But anyways I used it a few times and noticed that the stains appeared more faded..The stains are really white so I guess the toothpasted whitened the unstained area of my teeth...But anyways I was just wondering do any of you know of a way I could permanently remove the stains?...Like can I scrape it off? Or will it ever go away?????

White Stains
Hi-
what you have is very common.Have you ever discussed this with your dentist? There are several options and you should talk to your dentist to see what will work best for you.Don't waste your money on whitening toothpastes-they can be very abrasive and make your teethmore suseptible to staining.Whitening will only make the white spots whiter-they will never even up.A better choice would be porcelain veneers. They are more costly, buy they will cover your teeth and hide the white spots.Hope this helps!! Smile
