I have been suffering with Fibromyalgia for several years and it has really taken a toll on me. I still have a very hard time living with the fatigue. I'm going to be 37 in a few days and feel 77....that is my biggest complaint...the pain I can tolerate but just hate being tired all the time.

I highly recommend reading Empowering Your Health by Dr. Asa Andrew.

Chapter 13 is my absolute favorite...fibro is due to inflammation and inflammation starts in the digestive and then moves into the rest of your body. By sticking to approved foods for 4 weeks your pain will leave (my pain level went from a horrific 10 to a 0 within approx 10 days and I lost 8 pounds along the way)...imagine, Fibro is basically food allergies for certain people.

So now I have lots of energy, pain-free (unless I have ice cream or other no-nos and the pain comes back), and medication free for fibro...wish I could get back the last 8 years.

You have nothing to lose but pain...well worth it....
