well back on december 26,2007 i went to the er to find out i have pleurisy ..the doctor didnt tell me much on what it was or how long it would last ..but that it was caused by a viral infection..he prescribed 600 mg ibuprofen and 30 mg tylenol with codiene..it is now january 27,2008 i was wondering if this is normal for it to be lasting this long..hte chest pain isnt as bad as it was in the begining ..but i notice when its really cold outside is when i have trouble catching my breath..the er did a chest x-ray ..ct scan...and took blood ..and all i got was pleurisy ?..i now have taken all my ibuprofen whcih contained approx. 40 pills ....and im also coughing up a little bit of mucus ..is this also normal? when will this go away .. i have no health insurance ..and i am not getting much help from the county... and im also schedualed to start school again soon early february ..HELP! PLEASE!
