So I know this person who's been having this weird problem for almost all of his life. I don't think that he has ever been to the doctor for this problem. What happens is basically uncontrollable head "twicthing" as I would call it. And it tends to happen more rapidly when he plays a sport or gets nervous. Sometimes he doesn't twitch at all. What could be the problem?

Sounds like a tic- people with tourette syndrome often have tics like this but I don't think a tic necessarily means a person has tourette. Just happens. There are treatments, though, so perhaps he should see a doctor?
