hi, i was working out about 5 days about, and i worked out my back...
the next day i had pain about 6 inches below my armpit, about where my elbow is when i put my arm along the side of my body...
now i thought it was just sore from working out, cuz i haven't worked out in awhile.... so i thought that might be it... but it has been 5 days... and i noticed its only hurting there in that one spot...
and when i cough, push on it, or move certain ways, blow when my mouth is closed, pain arises...
now the pain isn't excruciating, but its there, and from reading some symptoms, it does sound like a hernia, but the location isn't on my stomach, or the lower groin or abdomen, its on the side of my body.. almost in the middle ...
thanks if anyone can give me any explinations
