I have a pimple/lesion/cyst/bump/blister...don't know what's the difference... on the under side of my penis, just under the mushroom head. When I touch it, it hurts from INSIDE the skin, rubbing against my urethra. So it feels like it's between the skin and urethra, not inside the urethra. It almost feels like there's a splinter inside the skin. I popped it, expecting puss to come out, but nothing did. Now it looks even worse.

I had unprotected sex the night before this problem started for the first time with a woman whom I've been courting for a while, and told me that she had not STD's. I've got an appointment with a doctor, but it's 2 days away. Any suggestions of what this might be?
