I was told by a doctor that I have disk problems, lumbar damage and onset arthiritis. I have had neck and back pain for as long as I can remember. I am 35 now but have never had a job that provided me with insurance to have anything checked out and every time I tell a doctor about it they think that I am just "drug seeking". This previous doctor did refer me to a neurologist. What could be the cause of all of my pain and what are my treatment options and how can I afford this without insurance. All that I have is Medicaid and no neurologist accepts Medicaid. I am scared and dont know what to do. Can anyone help. I cant live with this pain any longer and dont want it to get worse. I cant have it get worse.

What kind of lumbar damage you have?
Does your pain changes as you move or rest?
