Q: Uterine Fibroids and Ovarian Cyst

Does anyone know what I can do about abdominal pain and tenderness from Uterine Fibroids and an Ovarian Cyst. I dont know much about them and so when I was first told I was shocked and worried. The Fibroids are beniegn and the cyst is supposed to just go away with time. I am still in lots of pain.?? Any advice??
