i think it is ok, you are still young. everyone grows and matures at diffferent rates. from what i understand, boys can masturbate from a young age and reach orgasm, but it takes until you get a bit older before you will actually ejaculate. 14 is still young, give it a year or two, i'm sure you are fine.
