There are some shadows on her leg from the dog, but the right side of the dog right below his ear looks funny. It doesn't look like that is really the dogs back. Looks like a bit of photoshoping if you ask me. But I don't doubt the dog is big, those dogs get huge.
Suzy, the dog that you posted MOOSE looks so much lighter than this dog.
