One of the most essential minerals for human nutrition is magnesium. Magnesium plays a big rold in production and transport of energy and help in absorbing protiens into the body. The average intake for an adult should be 300 and 400 miligrams, and this can be done just with foods in your own home. There are many good foods high in magnesium that are easy to add to a daily diet.
