Dear Doc,

I have had mononucleosis for almost two years. Everyone tells me that it is psychological. But I really believe that I do have mononucleosis.
Could I really have mononucleosis for more than two years?

regards,

Extremely eHealthy
I can't answer your question but it does make me wonder if mono can't cause long term health affects that may take a few years to get rid of in some individuals. Are you still extremely fatigued? What are your symptoms.

I really hope you feel better soon. Two years is just such a long time to feel miserable. Good luck to you!

Sorry, I just noticed it was a "doc" question. I still wish you luck in finding an answer!!

Hey I currently have mono, still recovering from it. I've been dizzy and tired and feel high all the time basically. Anyway I hope this helps. My wifes brother had mono a couple years ago and he still had the fatigue and not feelin like himself for almost 3 years afterwards. So I'm sure that you could be having the same thing
