Yes, you can get pregnant even if you use birth control pills. But the chances for such a thing are very small. Birth control pills are the most efficient contraceptive method - efficiency is rated at more than 99%. If you use birth control pills properly, the chances for getting pregnant are less than 1%. The only 100% secure contraceptive method is abstinence (avoiding sex).
