I have similar symptoms
I have had similar symptoms and have had multiple hernia operations. Sometimes hernias do not create a bulge but they do sting and will create stomach and back pains when you eat. Check into femoral hernias, indirect hernias (although less common in women) and direct hernias. Do you see any bulges near your pelvis or leg crease when you sit. Best of luck.
