I'm not sure that this is considered a
sleeping disorder (or is it??) but I think
i'm fatigued...
I'm 16 years old and everyday this week
when i've come home from school i've found
it hard to keep my eyes open, I've fallen
asleep on my floor and at my computer for
about an hour at a time when I get home.
I'm pretty cold unless i'm wearing a lot
of layers and I have no energy to do
anything much. Sleep doesn't seem to
relieve any of these symptoms.

Yes, you are fatigued but the question is,
why?
There are a whole range of possibilities
from staying up too late to narcolepsy,
apnoea, anaemia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
and more. No one here can diagnose you,
unfortunately - you will need to get along
to your doctor for a check-up.

Ok, thanks I just wasnt really
sure whether it requires a doctor's input
or if it will just go away...

How are you feeling now? Posted: 05-05-08 21:26pm
Feeling any better? Narcolepsy symptoms
start showing up in your teens. If you
are not feeling any better you need to go
to a sleep doc and get checked out. Avoid
the general family docs because in my
experience they do not offer any help and
just make a mess out of things.
