Q: Stomach feels full and leg pain

I don't know if these are related to each other but I'll mention both all the same. Also I'm 18 if that means anything.

I have had a feeling in my stomach of being full or needing to pass wind a lot, it's usually worse if I lie down though. Moving and sitting down usually makes it feel better or doing something that is a distraction like reading or something.

The pain in my leg feels like just a pulled muscle but again feels better with moving, yet I've had my leg pain for a while now.

I don't exercise much, if at all most days, eheh. Maybe I lack exercise?
