Q: protected sex with threesome

Last week I had a threesome game with a couple with unknown HIV-status. I had protected oral and viginal sex(with durex extra safe condom). The husband didn't use any protection at all, orally or viginally.

The husband ejeculated inside her first and then the wife went for a shower. Then I had protected oral and viginal sex with her. After ejeculation, I didn't remove the condom immediately. We talked in bed for about 5-10 minute. And then I went to take a shower with my condom on. My penis is starting to be soft and pointing downwards. When I was taking shower, I carefully washed my penis(with condom) with body wash couple times before I removed the condom. After the removal, I used the body wash to clean my penis couple times before I got out of the bathing room.
I checked the condom for about 10 times. It didn't break or leak.

My question is,
1.since after about 5-10 mins, my penis was getting soft and pointing downward, would the water drain the HIV(if any) virus in viginal fluid or semen(the husband left inside her even though she took a shower) at the root of my penis into the condom and infect my penis if there was any room between latax rim and my penis. I am not sure whether after 5-10 mins, her virginal fluid or his semen is still wet at the root of my penis.

2.She got a tattoo on her breast. I don't know if it is fresh or not. I didn't see it bleeding. I touched it. There is no blood on my finger. I think it might be there for days, weeks, months or years. Can people get HIV from licking a tattoo?

Thank you very much and please please let me know asap.
