HI ! my husband and I are going back to a G.F. diet and I was wondering if some one has gone G.F. for months at a time. We tried it for like 2 weeks and it was OK but the temptation to have sugar and processed food won out and we have committed to try it again. My question is should we eliminate all things that might cause temptation for the real thing? I.E. I love cheese, but I don't like goat cheese so I am willing to give up cheese for the cause. I also used to drink the organic milk but it now tastes very odd. I guess I just want to know the longest some one has committed to trying out a G.F. diet. Thanks yes

Well, if you are a celiac like me its for life. IT's been 6 years now, and I am never ever tempted. There arre a lot of great products out there nowadays for Celiacs, but if you learn to bake and cook Gluten Free, then it's a snap. PM Me if you would like some links for more info.
