No, it doesn't sound like something too serious just yet. I'd put finding a doctor on my first list of priorities and make an appointment Smile

I'm in my second month of Lybrel pills. When I first began taking it...I didn't have any side effects other than some minor nausea and breat tenderness. However, a few weeks ago I've had some MAJOR side effects:

1. EXTREME nausea thru-out the day and night
2. Breast tender to touch (sometimes I can't even wear a bra)
3. Vaginal dryness (haven't been able to produce my own fluid when having sex)
4. Fatigue
5. Occassional headaches
6. And worst of of CONSTIPATION!!!

I called my doc yesterday to explain what was going on. I never had any break thru bleeding on Lybrel (but it says its highly likely too)...so I thought I may have been pregnant. I took 3 pregnancy tests and all 3 came back negative (thank goodness)....so my doctor pulled me off Lybrel. She switched me to one called Femcon fe 35...but I have decided to give my body a break from all birth control until I make sure these symptoms are nothing more serious. I go in for my physical on the 24th. So my advice to those on Lybrel and not feeling your normal selves while taking it...GET OFF!
