Natural Osteoarthritis and osteoporosis treatment Posted: 01-22-08 12:41pm
At a certain age we should all be getting
adequate amounts of calcium, magnesium and
vitamin D every single day to help build
stronger bones and help prevent osteopenia
and osteoporosis. These can be done by
adding foods with these nutrients to your
regular diet or with supplementation if
really needed. Either way there is alot of
info regarding natural osteoporosis
treatment out there and can all be a big
help when done properly.

One way to effectively strengthen bones is
to balance your weight on them. Hand and
feet balances practiced in hatha yoga do
this...and are especially designed to keep
flexibility and mobility of the spine as
we age. The yogis were scientists ... and
we can age gracefully if we only practice
some really helpful exercises every day.
Try this: arrange yourself in a "High
pushup" position, spread your fingers and
breathe deeply 5 times in and out of the
nose. There's an easy hand balance for
you!
