Q: chest pain with stretch marks

recently iv been getin really bad chest pain n also my breasts r full of stretch marks and my hips seem 2 b expandin n i have stretch marks on my stomach i sometimes feel dizzy and breathless but im having periods normal

I don't think the chest pain would be related to pregnancy...And if you're having normal periods, odds are you are not pregnant. If you're concerned, take a home pregnancy test or visit your doctor for a blood test. Good luck!
