So, on the 5th, I went snowboarding and ended up falling on my left side. my shoulder was the first to hit, and tore I think my AC ligament. Anyway, sometimes when I reach across my chest, there's a popping sensation. A light pop. Any idea what this is?

How are you reaching across your chest? Can you better describe the motion?

say, your left arm is the arm on a clock, keep your arm touching your body and let it hang at 6 o clock. Then move your arm clock wise to 9 o clock. That's where there is a pop when my arm is fully extended, then as I bring it back to 6 o clock, there is another pop, like a pop out.

The pop is louder and... more noticeably felt, since I rolled on the ground(not super hard, but did make my shoulder a little sore when pushing myself up off the ground, now there is minimal or no pain in my shoulder) snowboarding two days ago.

Perhaps cartilage shifting around from the injury. Perhaps ligament tension on the bone. You'll need an orthopedic specialist to diagnose it. Can you get it checked out?
