This probably doesn't apply to my weight but, I am also diagnosed with ashtma since I was born and I have been using the nebulizer rarely and the inhaler. Two, I don't breath from my nose like everybody else does, but from my mouth, inhale and exhale. Allergies kill and it had got me sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, etc. Does ashtma have to do anything with my weight, maybe the medicine that treats ashtma?

You should see what your doctor says first---i think 14 is fine as your bones have matured and are stronger. The doctor will know for sure---but upping your protein intake will assit you in builing muscle....Weights would be good....But not overly heavy to start....Just moderate weights.....Used consistently....
Swimming and other exercise is good for widening of the shoulders and definition.....Etc...
