i know this is going to sound really wierd to most of you...but i was circumsized and i still have 2 seperate strands of skin connecting the shaft to the penis on the top. im kind of curious what i should do, if anyone has encountered this before and is it effecting the size of my penis?

That's not leftover foreskin, those sound like skin bridges, which are malformations that come from a botched circumcision. They aren't harmful unless they hurt during sx or masturbation, or if gunk gets trapped beneath them and causes an infection. You can gave them snipped by a doctor.

And no, it doesn't affect the size of your penis.

I don't think it would be anywhere near as painful as the actual circumcision was. I'd say it'd probably be equivalent to a papercut or piercing your ears.
