A little background info...I just had a baby 10 months ago, am on a no estrogen birth control, have not started my period yet bc I am breastfeeding, run 4 miles 5x/week (usually). Anyway, I had some cramping in my lower right pelvic region. I thought nothing of it, more recently the cramp was so bad it doubled me over until it went away. So I decided to feel around where the cramp was and realized that it was very tender to touch that area so I felt some more and noticed that there was a lump under the skin. It is only on the right side and is tender to touch. Any ideas? Thanks!

Go to a doctor! Painful lumps are what I consider priority 1 to getting my butt to a doctor.
