Q: Help! Anyone Ever Have This

Hello everyone
i have been having a problem the last 3 days with my bowel movements and stomach. When I go to the bathroom, I have a lil trouble going, but after I do, I notice a watery redish mixed with some brown substance on the toliet paper. However, there seems to be know blood in the stool or toliet, and I have no pain. I have had some cramping and have been burbing a lot. Also i've noticed that by back has tighted up a bit, probably bc my abdomen muscles are tight. Anyone ever experience this, or know what this could be? Any help would be greatly appericated. Thanks
