Well i am a 18 yr old teenager and i have quite severe acne problem but now it seems to have recovered a little. The problem i am facing now is when i get hot or feel shy, my whole body becomes itchy. The itchiness is horrible, it's like thousands of needles poking my body. So i always control it till sometimes i blush. I wonder why i always blush and my body gets very warm. Is it related to health problem or psychological problem? I hate it when my face started to warm up(blush) suddenly. I felt down because of this and have been avoiding some social contact with others. Someone please help me out. Thank you.

You most likely have cholinergic urticaria, or CU. Check out the "i most likely have cholinergic urticaria" thread in the Allergies and Asthma section. I have this condition to. From the other posts, it seems as though those with acne have a higher tendancy to develop this condition. The best thing to do is sweat everyday, go for a run or bike ride, bear through the pain, and it will subside. It gets better and better if you do this on a regular daily basis. Read the other thread for some more tips and advice.
