No problem, Miss Eire.

This forum is a safe haven for people over the age of 13 to discuss all sorts of issues. If the topics bug you so much, you can avoid them. You are not obliged to read any posts here.

Don't be concerned about what bugs me, I'm just looking out for the forum. When discussing illegal matters (and underage sexual activity is illegal) self-incrimination should be avoided. I know it sounds vaguely ridiculous but putting the entire discussion in a third-party context is a legal "safe haven" if you will. Everyday discussion forums such as this are closed down due to incriminating text.

Hi, Miss Eire! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you have experience in this particular field? We welcome your input. I'm interested in knowing the precedence for the closure of discussion forums. And information you can provide is most welcome.

Our policies outline several disclaimers for information posted that you can find here: http://ehealthforum.com/health/terms_of_us e.html#10 Every member agrees to these policies as a condition for use of the website. Some more specific points follow,

* Ehealthforum excludes all liability to information therein.
* The views expressed on this Service are those of its contributors.
* By registering for ehealthforum, you agree that ehealthforum is not responsible for the materials posted by users.
* Ehealthforum does not verify the information placed on any message board in ehealthforum and, therefore, cannot judge the merits or lack thereof, of any offering, information, suggestions, ideas, opinions or advice.

We have no way to verify the claims made by people here are true or not. What do you recommend the forum do in this particular case, given that the age of consent for sexual encounters varies by jurisdiction?
