Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders Forum - nose discharge with mouth and gum pain

i have had sinus for the past 4 yrs but today i sneezed and i felt something coming out of my nose not compltely but is hanging inside my nose and suddenly after 30 minutes my mouth and teeth gums are hurting sure i go to er.

Maybe a clinic ... but the ER might be too expensive. Do you have any pain associated with the symptoms?
