I am 20 weeks pregnant and just a couple days ago my nipples started to become very tender. It is almost like a burning sensation, but only when they are touched. Does anyone know what this coule be?

I am in my first trimester and have that. Mostly just in my left nipple, it hurts to touch the nipple and just below. It is just your breast preparing to produce milk.
