Ive had this happen alot more lately I dont know what it is either but this all started happening after I experienced a scary episode of sleep paralysis. Have you had one of those and what did you see? Ive been trying to figure this out also! Im only 22 I thought maby I was having seizures also but i dont think they are seizures because my doctor told me most likely I wouldnt remember and would lose my urine, i wouldnt be conscious of having one.
