was jerking and shaking a seizure ? Posted: 01-19-08 22:33pm
i was sleeping and having a dream i
remember. i started smelling something
very sweet and burnt. then i remember i
was jerking around and shaking. my eyes
opened and they may have rolled back. but
i remember opening my eyes and seeing
something. 10 mins later i woke up feeling
drained. i have been going through some
stress. did i have a seizure or was it
just in my dream? im confused.

Ive had this happen alot more lately I
dont know what it is either but this all
started happening after I experienced a
scary episode of sleep paralysis. Have you
had one of those and what did you see? Ive
been trying to figure this out also! Im
only 22 I thought maby I was having
seizures also but i dont think they are
seizures because my doctor told me most
likely I wouldnt remember and would lose
my urine, i wouldnt be conscious of having
one.
