Yesterday I went to the doctor's office for my Depo provera shot. While I was there, the nurse gave me a vitamin to take once a day. She said it contains folic acid and women of child-bearing age should take it. I took one yesterday and one today. All day, this morning up until now (4:30 PM) I have felt dizzy and nauseous. I'm well-rested and I've eaten today, but nothing helps.

I'm thinking that either the vitamins or the Depo provera is making me feel like this. The Depo never made me ill like this before, and I was on it for a year; however, I went off of it for 6 months, and just yesterday started it again. Do you think my body is just adjusting to the Depo again, or are the vitamins making me feel ill? If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. The vitamins are made by Contract Pharmacy Corporation.

Yes. I think it can effect some people. I take B-complex and if I take it in the morning instead of the evening with my multi,, I get an upset stomach. Some vitamins can eve cause a person not to sleep well. You might be better off taking it at night with super..
