K well hes a boy alright. He was sucking on his hand and stretching and smiling lol over all he looks good and healthy. The bad thing is I gained 10 lbs since my last visit 4 weeks ago !!! Shocked so far I gained 21 lbs and ill be 23 weeks 2morrow. Not too good. I cant have any salt, only 1 glass of juice a day because it contains sooo much sugar. Ect ect I have to be reall strict on myself which is gonna be so hard. I have to start exercising too. See I started at 168 when I first found out I was preggy. Not to good cuz for my height which is 5"1 I should be like a 125 lbs is what my doc said. I was 125 lbs like 8 months be4 I got preggy then put on the weight on my own then got pregnant. So im lookin at alot of weight gain. I feel like a cow. The pics u guys seen of me were when I was before preggy except for the belly pics but let me tell ya ive put on the weight. Ah well I gotta do what I gotta do. Lol jordan? Any pointers on the whole healthy food thing I know u were in the same boat at one point. ~ erica.

Haha im still in the same boat..Lol...Ok heres some things that helped me alot:
(btw, what ur doc. Told u is the exact same thing my doc. Told me and I gained 12 lbs. In a month! Lol)

ok, my Dr. Said I could have one "free" drink a day..Well I got diet rite..Its the only diet drink that doesnt have asparatame, its sweetened with splenda..It contains nothing so I would drink that and count it as my "free drink" even though I could drink as many as poss...I would psych myself out...

The three weeks tht I only gained 3 lbs my diet was like this (needless to say this past week I went off, but im back on it now)

bfast: cheerios w/ milk (or) turkey bacon, eggs, and grits ( I know u prolly dont eat them up north! Lol) and a glass of milk

snack #1: navel orange and a soft pretzel

lunch : bacon, lettuce, cheese, tomato, ham, and turkey sandwich with some homeade potato fries

snack #2: string cheese and 5 crackers (or) a navel orange and a slice of fresh pineapple

dinner: baked chicken, green beans, potatoes (or) really just a meat and veggies

and drink like 10 glasses of water...Im doing that now and I pee every thirty mns! Lmao

Hey erica doctors always bug about weight gain! My doc hasnt said anything plus im on my own diet. This moring I had life cereal and nonfat milk, which is like watered down milk! Lol then for lunch I have a burrito and a yogurt and tonight is meat and potatoes. I dont think your a cow though! Dont feel like that! I know about gaining weight fast, ever since ive been with jose ive put on like 15 pounds!!! Lol he put on 30 or something. But im walking alot now and staying active. Try walking more and stuff it will really help. Good luck
