Haha im still in the same boat..Lol...Ok heres some things that helped me alot:
(btw, what ur doc. Told u is the exact same thing my doc. Told me and I gained 12 lbs. In a month! Lol)
ok, my Dr. Said I could have one "free" drink a day..Well I got diet rite..Its the only diet drink that doesnt have asparatame, its sweetened with splenda..It contains nothing so I would drink that and count it as my "free drink" even though I could drink as many as poss...I would psych myself out...
The three weeks tht I only gained 3 lbs my diet was like this (needless to say this past week I went off, but im back on it now)
bfast: cheerios w/ milk (or) turkey bacon, eggs, and grits ( I know u prolly dont eat them up north! Lol) and a glass of milk
snack #1: navel orange and a soft pretzel
lunch : bacon, lettuce, cheese, tomato, ham, and turkey sandwich with some homeade potato fries
snack #2: string cheese and 5 crackers (or) a navel orange and a slice of fresh pineapple
dinner: baked chicken, green beans, potatoes (or) really just a meat and veggies
and drink like 10 glasses of water...Im doing that now and I pee every thirty mns! Lmao
