I just got the numbers from my GTT test:

Baseline: 89
30 minutes: 187
1 hour: 200
2 hours: 133
3 hours: 39


I am going to see an endocrinologist on feb. 18th.

Do these numbers mean anything to anyone? I've been basically light headed & on stan's diet for the past 6 months. it's frustrating! I haven't noticed much progress in my health yet, despite my completely re-vised diet.

any feedback would be helpful.
