Im 17 years old and i THINK that im pregnant. im not sure...i've missed my period this month (it should've came between Jan 4 and Jan 10) and i had sex on December 30, 2007 and my boyfriend (now my ex) made a "mistake". he didnt "pull out" and now i think im pregnant. i've been having cramps, my nipples have been sore and my breasts seem to be fuller and i can see veins on them. I took ONE pregnancy test TODAY and it was negative.

Is it too early for me to take it?

And i read somewhere that the best time to take a home pregnancy test is in the morning. I took mine around 3:30pm.

Should I just wait another week to take it again or wait until the morning?

You can take a pregnancy test as soon as you miss your period and by my calendar, you are at least 8 days late. So, no, you did not test too early.

You should wait a few more days and take another test. This time take it in the morning.

Good luck.

Everyone wants to know ASAP Wink You can take a test whenever you want - I couldn't tell you if it is right or not though. If you wait a few more days you'll be more apt to get the correct answer. Or you could go to planned parenthood and get tested (most likely for free).

i thought i'd add.. the "pull out method" is not a method.. you can still get preggy from it because of precum (which he does not feel)

I think she said he made a 'mistake' with the pull out method and didn't actually 'Pull Out'.

But you are CORRECT, the best way to prevent getting pregnant is to USE BIRTH CONTROL. Wink

But I think I actually WANT to be pregnant...i dont know. But I wouldnt be too upset if i was. lol. I think I'll try to wait another week and then re-take the test. Im not sure what other options i have especially since i dont want to involve my parents yet...
