Drooling , also called sialorrhea, is
usually due to a person's inability to
swallow saliva. Drooling can also result
from an overproduction of saliva. Finally,
drooling can be a side-effect associated a
certain medication.
Anticholinergic drugs can help decrease
the production of saliva to treat the
symptoms of drooling.
