Q: ileostomy after unsuccessful sphinctoplasty

i am wondering if anyone knows the procedure to an ileostomy. i am scheduled for a perm ileostomy in 2 weeks after unsuccessful sphinctoplasty. i have already had a colectomy, but i am so afraid. i had a temp ileostomy 10 yrs ago after the large intestine was removed and i remember the problems and embarrassment i suffered especially after my bag broke at a faily wake. any info in this would b e appreciated.. thank you Crying or Very sad
