Hey ladies,
I'm just wondering if any of you have some tips on how to up your guy's sperm count? My fiancé hasn't been tested or anything, but we'll be TTC in several months and I'm just curious as to if there's anything he can do diet-wise or just within his daily routine that may help keep his sperm count up & healthy. I know about the whole "boxers are better" deal, and he's already wearing them...I'm just wondering if there's anything special we need to be doing as far as nutrition, etc. Thanks bunches! Very Happy

YES!! There is DEFINITELY a few things you can do....and I know they work because my DH did these 3 things and his count went from only 3% normal to 12% normal in just 5 weeks.

Tip #1 NO Drinking. A beer here and there is ok...but alcohol can seriously impact sperm quality.

#2 ZINC, buy some zinc at the drug store in the vitamin dept. Get him to take one tablet a day. This really helps with Motility (how fast they move)

#3 Selenium, same as above, find in vitamin section of drug store. Take one a day. This will improve the quality of the sperm.

Good luck! I hope this helps. Men can change their sperm quality in a matter of months, which is great if there are issues
Good luck!

This is so helpful! Thank you so much! I am trying to get as ready as I possibly can to TTC...We're not going to "officially" try for several months, but I'm hoping I won't have to wait too long for a BFP!

Thanks again for the great info! Very Happy
