I had a constant pain in my right rib when I was pregnant with amber, the doc said that it was a pulled muscle, sometimes it hurt alot and other times it was just uncomfortable, as for the shooting pains in your legs, your baby may be pinching a nerve, causing the shooting pain, with both my pregnancies it was so sudden and so sharp at times it would floor me, one minute id be standing fine, the next my legs would buckle and id be on the ground haugh laughing and half crying....... Its normal and will go away after the bub is born

That happems when the baby starts to put his or feet underneath yur ribs and starts to push. I used to get that with my son. Doctor said another 2 weeks or so and the baby would of have broken my rib and pushed it out of place.
