I dont know the count of my BP in figures, but that is wat she told me that it was on border?
Then she asked me twice - 'R u having any tensions?'...and i sincerely replied NO, cos i really dont have serious knida tensions or anxiety.

But then, wat does BORDER mean..is it on the edge towards HIGH BP or LOW BP?

Wat is usually count(measurement for BP on border)?

Wat r the symptoms & the remedies for this kinda border BP?

Wat r its illeffects? i.e does it affect ur physical activity on daily basis? e.g...Frequent exhaution, lethargy, pain in shoulders, unhealthy sex life etc?

DOes it lead to diabetes?

Borderline blood pressure is know as borderline hypertension and is a blood pressure level which is in the 'gray zone' between normal and high (pressures between 140 and 160 mm Hg systolic and 90 and 95 mm Hg diastolic at some times, and lower than that at other times.)

Are you continuing the follow-up of your blood pressure?

I don't think you need to worry about diabetes. That's more of a degenerative disease brought about by poor diet and lack of exercise. There are some types of supplements out there which may help you lower your BP.
