Right...

Basically Paige was 18 weeks yesterday and Jack isn't paying a penny towards her, simply because he has none. He gave me £100 when I was 18 weeks pregnant and £95 before christmas. Apart from that, not a penny. His name isn't on the birth certificate but he is her biological father for sure. He gets no money, he doesn't work either. His parents get something like £80 a week for him and he's 20 in March! His PARENTS!!! All I want to know is should he be paying? Will they backpay me? Where will he get the money from to to for Paige? Help me please.

If he is on income support or jobseekers allowance they will take around £5 a week from his money. But once he starts woring they will re-calculate cause he should be paying something

He's on nothing, and isn't working so I guess he gets away with paying nothing then. Not even backdated!
