honestly, I'd say you are pregnant. Go back to the doctor, you should be around 8wks total and *should* be able to see something on an u/s. Get more blood work done. Like the girls have said, they've had more than one positive home test, but the blood work came back negative. And it is so true that doctors DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING!!!

the only thing im gonna question or "judge" you on, is your decision to carry on smoking with the possibility of you being pregnant. i mean if your saying you have these symptoms or may be pregnant then i'd throw that cig pack in the garbage. Many people think smoking while pregnant is ok but the FACT is, that it cuts the oxygen off for the baby to breathe and also eats away at the placenta which is the babys way of staying nurished while in the womb and can leave them with brain damage or miscarriages.
If you feel so ready to be pregnant just because your engaged and have money to support this kid, use your brain aswell and stop smoking! not just for your health but the health of your babies because is does sound like you are pregnant.

still no period & ive never missed my period i always get it on the 3rd of the month but still no period & i havent had 1 since december 2nd 2007 SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

There are a different number of days in the month. So women won't have their period on the same exact day every month. You can not have your period every single month on the 3rd. You can have it around the 3rd, but ON the 3rd every month is not true.

OK, now that we have that out of the way, you already had an ultrasound and they said everything was alright. Alright by what standards? Alright for pregnancy or alright for non-pregnancy?

Additionally, the nurse told you something at that time. Like what to do if you don't get your period. Have you been back to the doctor? WHY NOT?

No one here can tell you if you are pregnant or if you aren't. YOU need to take care of you. Go back to the doctor.

Thanks. That's a picture from the internet but it looks exactly like her. Her name is Snowy and she is the most affectionate little cuddle bunny in the world. Smile

She is a Bichon Frise, and the breed is sometimes referred to as the "living teddy bear" and it's so true! lol!

If you got your period on the 3rd of every month you'd be so irregular. lol. Does your period miraculously know when the third is? Anyway you can get a positive on your home test and a neg on a blood test for a few reasons. You could just have low HCG levels or you could be about to miscarry. If your HCG is low thats not good for the pregnancy so I would have a vaginal ultrasound done to see if they detect a pregnancy so they can try to make sure you dont lose the baby. I would stay off your feet, avoid intercourse, and get on a prenantal vitamin since your HCG is low b/c you could be having a threatened miscarriage.

Modern medicine is no match for women's intuition. Good Luck. Keep us posted.
