Hello all, im a 32 yr old active male. I
was diagnosed with Plantar Fascitis about
5 years ago in both feet. Well ive been to
3 different foot doctors,3 different sets
of orthotics thru this ongoing condition.
Have had 3 cortizone shots per foot, 3
sets of physical therapy, numerous anti
inflam presicriptions etc... etc...
etc.... I took 6 months off work to try
and alievate this problem with no
luck, cure,or even a slight sign of
heeling. Today Im still active in work,
sporting activities and playing with my
kids but I pay for it later. My pain is
there in the morning and gets alot waorse
with standing throughout the day. My body
weight is not an issue. Has anyone had ANY
luck with different types of remedies for
this Problem? Any info would be greatly
appreciated. Yes ive been
searching,downloading,stretching and
buying every thing made for this condition
with no help.

I also have this and it does seem to get
worse at night or if I have been standing
for a very long time. I got tired of
spending money on things that didn't work
too and a pharmacist at Wal~Mart suggested
an insole made for plantar fascitis and
it really worked...better than the ones I
had a prescription for and they were only
like $6 and change. I thought to be so
cheap they wouldn't work but they do. Just
a suggestion to try them. They are put out
by dr. scholls and have on the package
that they are for Plantar Fascitis. Hope
this helps.

Thanks for the reply
mrs_jenjen. I have tried every off the
shelf insole from gellin to work soft
insoles all of Dr. scholls products. Im on
my 3rd set of custom orthotics now. about
3 months and no improvement what-so-ever.
Ive noticed in the last 4 months that the
top part of my shin on both legs(where it
meets the knee) is very tender and feels
like a deep bruise in the bone for some
reason. Im over $2000 out of pocket now
for JUST orthotics and over $7000 in total
bills thru foot doctors and no light at
the end of the tunnel. I also bought a
Ultrasound home device with no relief. The
last foot doc put a couple small pads on
otside of both heels,, wrapped my arch and
toes. well 2 hours later after walking
thru Meijer I had felt like 70% of the
pain was gone. If his office was open I
would have went back and hugged him lol.
That was the first sign of heeling in 5
years with minor pain for me and I thought
I found THE MAN to cure my condition, NOPE
4 months down the road and the new
orthotics are a waste of money yet again
