Has your doctor ever said anything about body dysmorphic disorder? Do you notice any specific features of yourself that you hate?

First of all, depression does occur with bipolar disorder. Also, anxiety can be common with both. So you probably have some symptoms of all three happening.

If you're still feeling lousy on your medication, you should see your doc again and ask if you can adjust medication.
