Every time i try to go on a low carb diet i get a bladder infection,Anyone know why?

The only thing I can think of is you are not getting enough nutrients being on a low carb diet.

Do you drink cranberry juice? Cranberry juice is suppose to help with preventing UTI's.

What have you eliminated in your low carb diet that you were eating or drinking before you went on this diet?
