I'm 47 - Male
25-30 lb over

I recently had an attack on my toe, pain was there for 2 days and then went away but still it hurts a little. This was my first.

My dad had it, and yes I drink 2 to 4 beers everyday after work watching a movie.

I'm taking Omega-3 everyday because I have a little bit of high blood pressure. Nothing serious.

Queston 1

Can I still use Omega-3?

Question 2

Can I test myself how much is my uric acid level

thank you

Dan

Gout, Omega 3
Hello,

After years of gout and experimenting with food, I have discovered it is actually too Much Omega 3 that causes my Gout to attack. Fish Oils, tinned mackeral, sardines, etc. Last week I had an attack of Gout......I had recently been eating lots of Pumpkin seeds, which I later found out, are high in Omega 3.
For me,beer has little or no effect on the condition.
Male aged 49 Scotland.
