Hi,

This is Harry. I have a friend of mine who frequently gets headache, But a few days before it so happened that when she had severe headache, and I was massaging her head(on the top of the head) and all of sudden she had sheer pain, but a few minutes later the pain was back to normal. But after a couple of hours, we could see a nerve passing on the head(where I was massaging) was swollen and was paining when we pressed it a little. After a rest for a day, the swell had reduced to the minimal. This incident happened a couple of weeks before. But now when we press a same nerve, it aches quite a bit, but aches a lot when its pressed, during her headache and the severity of the pain is more. Could someone please tell me what could have happened and how severe could this issue be, and what could be done. I am worried as its related to her head. Please let me know the possible causes and suggestions.
Thanks for all the information you could give me...

Extremely eHealthy
Is this headache coming on gradually and over several hours becoming unbearably severe?
For how long is her headache attack usually lasting?
Is she experiencing other symptoms along with the headache?
