no. i would not advise that at all. tea tree is powerful stuff, people use it for spots on the face but i wouldnt put it near your genital area because it would be too strong. i think it would be more likely to cause irritation rather than soothe it. what is causing your irritation anyway? shave rash?

I used to get vaginal sores due to hormones and all I did was put a hot wash cloth on it and it would soothe it. I don't get them like that anymore thank God! Sorry...hope that helps!

No! Isn't that considered an antibiotic? That would irritate and cause a yeast infection. Don't do it.

i don't have an infection..although occasionally i do get little bumps which happen if i'm having sex for a long time. i guess from the rubbing & friction? i asked my doctor she said it's nothing to be alarmed about. i was just curious because alot of women swear by it which to me seems crazy because tea tree oil burns!!

Yeah, I'd use something like plain lotion (like unscented lubriderm) or hydrating oil (like the kind you put in your bath) as long as it's not scented or anything weird.

But I think tea tree oil is a harsh antiseptic, so I wouldn't use it anywhere sensitive. I have heard you can use it on your skin, though, but I never have. Your genitals are more sensitive than the rest of your skin. Smile
