Q: Is antidepressant strong enough ?

i have been trying to get an answer for these two questions ????
1.does anyone know if an antidepressant makes you think differantly than you normally do mentally & physically & just helps with your anxiety & depression
2.can any one tell me how to tell if an antidrpressant is to strong or not strong
enough,& really what is noral thinking without anxiety Confused
